Notary Office Vasil Martini covers all notary services that the legal framework of the Republic of Albania involves and permits through the Chamber of Notaries.

In operation since 1999, we provide our services mainly to customers in Lezha but also other regions and districts all over Albania, covering notarial acts such as sale, purchase of inheritance, etc. between individuals but also with commercial companies with acts related to their establishment, with changes in the statute, in partnership, transfer of stock capital or even shutdown of activity. 

Notary Office Vasil Martini also covers notary services for some banks such as Raiffeisen Bank in Lezha, Credins Bank, National Bank, BKT, NBG Lezhe, Tirana Bank, "Besa" Fund, and recently in the new Union Bank in Lezha. 

Another carefully and accurately explored experience are the matrimonial and property relations, as well as testament inheritance providing all the requirements for receiving, storing and opening of wills/testaments in accordance with the law.

Duties of the Notary Public:

- To perform for natural and legal persons those deeds that aim at the fulfillment of their rights and the protection of their legitimate interests, to explain to them their rights and obligations, as well as to warn them of the consequences following these notarial deeds so that their interests are not harmed due to not knowing the law.

- To stay unbiased while performing his duties based on the law and his oath as Notary.

- To preserve professional confidentiality of the data and information received during his/her activity.

- Give information on the content of the notarial deeds only to the people involved in these deeds. The court, prosecution/attorney and investigators can have this information if they are investigating the Notary Public and his activities, or a citizen involved in the notarial deeds, but they should always consider not harming the interests of the state or other citizens.

- Not to make public the content of a testament, or issue copies before the person making the testament has died, unless this is requested by the testator or his representative through a power of attorney. To refuse to perform notarial deeds if they are not allowed by the Legislation of the Republic of Albania, or international convents of which Albania is part of.

- To advise the parties to go to the tax office and pay the tax in case of ownership transfer.

- To improve his qualifications continuously.

- To pay the annual fee allocated by the National Council of Notaries.

- To keep his office open according to the regulations approved to this end. If due to known reasons, the notary is absent for more than 3 days, he can appoint a substitute from the Notaries of the Chamber with the consent of the Head of the Council of Notary Chamber.
