This Notary Office conducts its operations primarily in three sectors:
Immovable property
This sector includes all acts, practices and legal advice concerning real estate: apartments, commercial units, buildings, agricultural land and plot. More detailed:
the purchase and sale, donations, transfers, division, transactions, renting, lending for exploitation, etc.
This sector also involves the acts that deal with the financing guaranteed with collateral: loans, credit loans in current accounts and deletion of mortgage The notary is an expert in real estate acts that require consulting in the urban construction field.
Commercial Companies
This sector involves all acts, practices, and legal advice concerning companies, foundations and commercial companies in general.

The foundation and modification of different types of commercial companies, cooperatives, associations, stock issuance, corporation sale etc. The notary is an expert in acts concerning capital transactions for commercial companies, as well as acts related to non-government organizations (NGO)
Family and inheritance
This sector involves all acts, practices and legal advice that deal with marriage agreements, property inheritance systems and inheritance practices. More detailed: the division of assets between spouses, the selection of the property regime between spouses. Consultancy, drafting and preserving of testaments according to the law criteria is a special task performed by the Notary Public, by means of applying the law for a special, professional and confidential treatment. The Notary office also covers the issues of custody for minors and legal custody of the property of minors or people who have been deprived of their ability to act.
The opening of the testament and consultancy for continuing the procedure until the final execution of the testator's will is carried out by the Notary Public.
Acts involving foreign citizens
In case the parties are foreign citizens, the office takes actions to verify the requirements of the law for drafting legislation which means:
- Terms of reciprocity, protection and application of the law on foreigners.
- Translations, legalization and apostilles.
For documents intended to circulate outside the Albanian territory, it is necessary for them to previously be recognized by the State where they are to be sent and the authority for which they are produced.
- The office undertakes the translation into Albanian language and from Albanian into foreign languages.
- Notary acts edited in Albanian. When the person concerned, one or both parties do not speak Albanian
- The Notary Public requires the assistance of an interpreter, accepted by him and the party, which translates everything word for word, and all these mentioned in the act, also noting the declaration of the persons that they have understood the translation.
